Animal Care and Control Department rescue stray puppies stuck between walls

Two stray female puppies were rescued Monday after they managed to get struck between block walls.
Maricopa County Animal Care and Control received a call from someone who noticed a pair of stray puppies wandering around the area of 31st Lane and Ocotillo Road in Phoenix for several days.
The neighbors said the puppies could not be "caught,'' the county agency said.
Animal Control Officer Lacy McKechnie responded to a call Monday about the pair becoming stuck and found the pair wedged in a narrow opening between two block walls after searching for several minutes.
