Arizona inmate walks away from work crew in Phoenix


A search is underway for an Arizona prison inmate who walked away from a work crew in Phoenix on Thursday, officials said.
Skyler B. Martin walked away from a supervised off-site work crew near the 2500 block of South 27th Avenue, the Arizona Department of Corrections said.
The Corrections Department deployed chase teams and a Fugitive Apprehension Unit once it was discovered Martin was missing, the agency said in a statement.
Martin was admitted on April 11, 2017, as a minimum-custody inmate at Arizona State Prison Phoenix-West location, officials said.
