Hough's Williamson hits game-winning sacrifice fly


Jeffrey Williamson has been a clutch player all year for Hough's baseball team, according to Huskies head coach Jimmy Cochran.
Wednesday afternoon was his best moment yet as the senior tossed three scoreless innings on the mound and hit the game-winning, walk-off sacrifice fly with the bases loaded, scoring teammate Andrew Altamira and giving the Huskies a 4-3 win over Independence in eight innings.
The victory was third in as many days for Hough at the East Mecklenburg Spring Break Classic, and the Huskies seventh straight.
