Posh dog house competition saves thousands of Arizona animals


These homes would give Snoopy house envy, and they're all for a good cause.
Metro Phoenix designers, builders, engineers and architects are currently working on this year’s luxury homes for the annual Design for Dogs competition, which benefits the Arizona Animal Welfare League.
Last year, the designer dog house competition raised more than $20,000 for the no-kill shelter and saved 4,000 animals.
This isn’t the typical type of home building I report on, but I couldn’t resist.
