Rauner: 'We're going to beat him this time'


CHICAGO -- The Republican nominee for Illinois governor says he's ready to challenge Gov. Pat Quinn.
Speaking Wednesday morning on Chicago's WLS-TV, Bruce Rauner (ROW'-nur) says he's anticipating a "very, very tough" general election that's expected to be one of the hardest fought and most expensive in the nation.
Rauner says Quinn is "failing us and we're going to beat him this time."
