Shadow Mountain boys basketball trounces Buckeye


A raucous crowd erupted as the Phoenix Shadow Mountain Matadors defeated the Buckeye Hawks 87-67 at home on Senior Night on Thursday in Phoenix.
A chippy atmosphere buzzing with fans from both sides would come to a head when Jaelen House of Shadow Mountain threw down a dunk with 46 seconds left. Fans of the reigning state champs spilled on the court, as referees threatened a forfeiture.
House's posterizing dunk capped off a 28 point performance, which led both teams.
