Tate pulls convicted artist's work from collection
LONDON -- Britain's Tate art collection says it has removed more than 30 prints by the artist Graham Ovenden from its online collection following his conviction for child sex offenses.
The 70-year-old artist was found guilty Tuesday of six charges of indecency with a child and one count of indecent assault. Prosecutors accused Ovenden of abusing children while they modeled for him, but he had denied all charges.
